At IRUS Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your eyewear within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IRUS account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and microfiber cloth back into the original branded packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to IRUS

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
